Mallard Among Lilies

Plein Air at Sportsman Park, Yakima, Washington

journal note: "Mallard Among Lilies"

The fall day started out cool and ended HOT, but

the amount of activity in and around the water was

wonderful. Such a flurry of entertainment.

If was hard to focus on any one subject, but this

mallard and a couple of his pals hung around, and

I was able to get lots of pictures for later reference.

What a wonderful day painting with two art buddies.
